Ugh…

When you eat healthy everyday and then your birthday comes around and you decide to indulge, be wary. The effect on your workout & everyday tasks will be crazy. 

I never thought I would feel so sluggish & tired. I mean it seemed like a good idea but I don’t know if it was worth it. 

I struggled through my work out and I’ve been tired all day. I even thought about giving up more than halfway through BUT I didn’t. :) I just hope this feeling goes away soon.

35min elliptical lvl 13 12min/m pace
45min legs

 Ah well, there’s always tomorrow! :)

Heres a picture of my dinner. Tonight was leftover night but there were no leftovers for me to eat. I was starving when I got home from the gym so I threw a burrito in the microwave…it exploded. ha Didn’t take away from the tastiness though. I love AMY’S stuff. Also a little salad with vinegar & EVOO drizzled.

  2. projectsuccess said: It’s crazy that our bodies get so use to bad food that we don’t even notice it until we start eating healthy. You should look at how bad you feel today as a good thing since it means you’ve been doing awesome so far. Props for pushing through today.
